How to treat the skin in the evening, before going to sleep? Maybe not all know that the nightly beauty routine, cleaning the face, creams for the night, are the most important moment of the day when it comes to skin care. We asked Scarlett Galvani, expert of Olay Skin of guiding us through the secrets of the evening beauty routine. Here are her tips.
The routine before bedtime … What your advice, which products to use in the evening before going to sleep?
Here are my tips for the care of our own before going to sleep: first of all a nice clean, well then cleanse your face with a cleanser, remove dirt well with our warm moist-towel a couple of times, let breathe the skin a few seconds and then dab on the face tonic directly with your hands and not with cotton; It is much more pleasant and effective, or for those who like mist on the face.
Once finished cleansing apply a nutrient serum accompanied by her cream, dedicating a few seconds more in the massage so as to heat our skin and to penetrate better the product.
If you want to proceed with a soothing and nourishing mask before going to bed you can choose a cream mask that absorbs little by little and massage it so that it is enough simply not to rinse and if you do not mind going to bed directly with the product in the face.

What your own nightly routine?
My nightly routine consists of the cleaning described above, made with cleansing milk, soothing tonic and gentle scrub once a week.
Later I put a serum around the eyes to moisturize and keep the skin elastic and then I put a fairly smooth moisturizing cream but with some anti-aging actives.
One thing I love to do are the masks, usually experiment a bit, I sometimes do soothing masks, sometimes lift anti or warm compresses of chamomile on the eyes that I leave posing for about 10/15 minutes: your eyes are beautiful when deflated, refreshed and with a nice clear color, you can also deal with some soothing tonic.
