The paleo diet can be very beneficial to our dental health thanks to the exclusion of sugar and processed foods, but also by moderate carbohydrate intake.
One of the diets is gaining more followers in recent times is the paleolithic diet or paleo diet : it promotes eating like our ancestors did before the agricultural revolution, as far as possible.
