The question we would like to give everyone a response is: how do I improve my health?
I have a problem, more or less serious, and I have to solve it: what are the right steps to get the solution?
Obviously I did not find the magic formula … maybe! However, after years of studies and attempts on myself, a solution I just think has found it and is practicable for everyone.
To help the recovery of a sick body, we must follow the rules of Natural Hygiene entirely. Here it is! But let’s go with order.
What is Natural Hygiene?
I’ve found many definitions on the net, but the one I liked most about is this.
It is a lifestyle based on the respect of the Laws of Nature, to achieve stable health and well-being, spontaneous self-healing and psychic balance.
On the contrary, if you do not follow these laws, you get the disease. In practice, what is this hygiene? Of course, I am talking to you about my own personal experience on the subject and everything I read about it, and I tried to synthesize these four macro rules.
Health depends on the internal thermal equilibrium. If we ingest foods that do not fit our needs, our intestines will have to work heavily, causing an increase in indoor temperature. This is a source of disturbances that in the long run can turn into real illnesses.
Illness, as you have just read, is nothing but the reaction of our body to intoxication due to incorrect habits of life. We must not be afraid and want to move away, but it is important to understand it and to understand its origin.

For the reasons explained above, Natural Hygiene does not recommend taking medications and anything that is not of natural origin.
It therefore uses practices such as hydro-thermo-fangotherapy (baths in the legs or arms, steam baths, mud cataplasms …).
Regular outdoor movement is crucial to maintaining our health. Each of us has different needs and strengths, but a healthy walk is, for all, a tough one. It would also be important to do vigorous physical activity for a few minutes each day (such as making stairs fast); this helps to cleanse the body from accumulated toxins.
