Train the eye muscles
To begin with, you need to move your eyes vertically from the highest point of focus, down to the bottom, and always have to focus on the objects that are in the field of vision (you can follow the finger, for example). Exactly the same exercise should be done horizontally – move 6 times left-right.
Warm hand-held compress
Rub your hands, apply them to the closed eyes and breathe deeply – an increased amount of oxygen and heat will accelerate the metabolism in the eyeball. Do this exercise for at least 10 seconds (until the heat of the hands is gone). You can repeat it several times.

Eye movement in a circle
Now do the gymnastics for the other muscles: rotate the eyes clockwise 4 times and as many against it. Do not rush, focus your sight on all objects that come across.
Train the focal length
Take any convenient object (yes at least a finger) and constantly draw near and remove from the nose at arm’s length. Of course, it is to focus on this object and not to take your eyes off of it.
And now a little exercise for the ages!
With all your might, squint, and then open your eyes, spreading your eyelids as wide as possible. Exercise should be repeated at least 10 times. If you do all the exercises, you will feel that your eyes are again full of strength and ready to work.
